ORDERS:

You will receive an Order Confirmation by email after placing your order, and a Shipping Confirmation once your order has been sent. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you shortly by e-mail.

All the jewellery is hand made with care and precision in our aka jewellery studio and can take  2-14 business days to be completed before shipping. Most of designs are made to order. 

If you have an urgent request, please let us know by email info@akajewellery.com and we will do our best to meet your deadlines. 

 SHIPPING:

All rates are calculated at checkout,  so please enter your shipping address at checkout to determine shipping cost.  

• All items are either shipped with DHL express international service or with regular post depending on what you choose at the checkout. 

Customers are responsible for customs & duties fees of any apply. These duties and taxes are non-refundable.

RETURNS:

Thank you for shopping at AKA Jewellery, where each piece is handcrafted with care, specifically for you. Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our jewellery, we have a specific return policy to ensure clarity and fairness.

Handmade to Order Items:

• Manufacturing Faults: We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. If you believe your piece has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.
• Fit Issues: If you experience a significant fit issue that deviates from the provided measurements, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence and a detailed explanation.
• Resolution: In the event of a confirmed manufacturing fault or fit issue, we will offer store credit for the value of the returned item.
• Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
• Exclusions: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:
• Change of mind
• Slight variations in materials (which are inherent in handmade items)
• Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
• Personalized or customized pieces
• Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after receipt

Gift Cards:

• All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
• Gift cards can only be used as store credit.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Please email info@akajewellery.com with your order number, photos, and a detailed description of the issue.
2. Assessment: Our team will assess your claim and determine if it falls within our return policy.
3. Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
4. Shipment: Carefully package the item in its original packaging and ship it using a tracked and insuredshipping method.
5. Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue store credit to your account within 7 business days.

Important Notes:

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
• This policy is subject to change without notice.
