ORDERS:
You will receive an Order Confirmation by email after placing your order, and a Shipping Confirmation once your order has been sent. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you shortly by e-mail.
All the jewelry is hand made with care and precision in our Brooklyn studio and can take 2-14 business days to be completed before shipping. Most of designs are made to order.
If you have an urgent request, please let us know by email info@akajewellery.com and we will do our best to meet your deadlines.
SHIPPING:
All rates are calculated at checkout, so please enter your shipping address at checkout to determine shipping cost.
- All items are shipped in US are shipped for free via USPS 2-day priority shipping. You can also choose UPS / or DHL-express and choose shipping cost at the checkout.
- For international shipping you can choose options of USPS /UPS / or DHL-express
Customers outside of the US will be responsible for customs & duties fees. These duties and taxes are non-refundable.
RETURNS:
If you´re not fully satisfied with your order, you may return purchased products within 30 days from the date on which you received them.
Please contact us at info@akajewellery.com before returning the item and we will discuss the return process.
The returned products must be returned complete and unworn, all tags and labels intact, in their original packaging.
You will get refund once we receive the item back in unworn and undamaged condition.
The following items cannot be returned or exchange at any time:
- Customized or personalized items
- Items that have been damaged in any way.
We will not accept returns that do not meet these criteria and will return your order with an email explaining our position.
Based on the specific "Orbit" earring engraving technique these new cuffs wrap around ear lobe while being secured with post in the back. Only seen as simple thin line from the front it's a statement earring from the side view. New type of earring that creates an illusion of conch piercing and has signature hand engraved "Orbit" motion simulation.
MATERIAL:
- Available in silver or 18K yellow gold-plated silver.
- Get as a pair or as a single statement earring.
MEASUREMENTS:
30 x 30 x 0.6 mm
Inside diameter - 18mm.
Before ordering please make sure your lobe is not bigger than 18mm measuring from the inside to outside of the earlobe.
If it is, please leave me a message and I'll be happy to customize it for your ears.

Purchasing a pair of these beautiful, elegant and quality made pair of orbs, I had high expectations, and boy did Aka deliver. Five star customer service, Aka was able to customize these perfectly to my ears! I am so elated and excited to introduce these beauties to the world! The design is everything I look for in jewelry, to say they stand out is an understatement. I feel like I'm wearing something evoking Calder, but with a futuristic spin. Thank you Aka! Tinka prie visko, bet labiausiai jie tinka mano širdžiai:) Taip pat noriu padėkoti, kad net koronijos laikais jie mane pasiekė saugiai prižiūrint pačiai Aušrai.
