Jewellery care informations

 

CARE:

All silver jewelry will darken over time and develop a slight patina. Please use jewelry polishing cloth that comes with your piece to keep your pieces clean. Never use harsh chemicals to clean your jewelry, especially on gold-plated jewelry pieces. 

Gold plated jewelry will keep it's shine if you keep it separate in an air-tight/plastic bag. Please make sure it's not touching other jewelry pieces as gold finish will scratch and rub of faster. 

We recommend to re-plate your gold plated jewelry once every 1 to 1.5 years to keep it's original look.

Please take your jewelry off when - showering, swimming (chlorine will make silver dark),doing sports or working with power-tools.  

We make "aka jewellery" pieces for you to enjoy them as long as possible and we offer 2 year warranty to repair and fix our pieces, if it is defected or has a production mistake. Please contact us with any questions at  ausra@akajewellery.com and we will do our best to solve the problem.
