SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

 

ORDERS:

You will receive an Order Confirmation by email after placing your order, and a Shipping Confirmation once your order has been sent. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you shortly by e-mail.

All the jewelry is hand made with care and precision in our Brooklyn studio and can take  2-14 business days to be completed before shipping. Most of designs are made to order. 

If you have an urgent request, please let us know by email info@akajewellery.com and we will do our best to meet your deadlines. 

 SHIPPING:

All rates are calculated at checkout,  so please enter your shipping address at checkout to determine shipping cost.  

  • All items are shipped in US are shipped for free via USPS 2-day priority shipping. You can also choose   UPS / or DHL-express and choose shipping cost at the checkout.
  • For international shipping you can choose options of USPS /UPS / or DHL-express 

Customers outside of the US will be responsible for customs & duties fees. These duties and taxes are non-refundable.

 

RETURNS:

If you´re not fully satisfied with your order, you may return purchased products within 30 days from the date on which you received them.

Please contact us at info@akajewellery.com before returning the item and we will discuss the  return process. 

The returned products must be returned complete and unworn, all tags and labels intact, in their original packaging.

You will get refund once we receive the item back in unworn and undamaged condition. 

The following items cannot be returned or exchange at any time:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items that have been damaged in any way. 

We will not accept returns that do not meet these criteria and will return your order with an email explaining our position.
